We treat everyone with kindness, respect and professionalism and maintain good relationships within our team and in our broader partnerships with vendors, distributors, technicians, drivers, designers and customers.  The culture of respect and kindness creates an atmosphere in the store that is welcoming and warm. This is how we want your space to feel as well.

• Service:  We provide guidance before and after the sale, and our staff can service every product we offer. Our technicians have a combined average of 18+ years of experience and our technical team has been in the industry for decades.

Taproot is a woman owned, family business.

It was founded in 1977 by David Coppinger, a Williamsburg native and wonderful person. His expertise and care for quality built the strong foundations for Taproot to be what it is today.

Today in our showroom you’re likely to find the owner, Ash, along with a respectful combination of our Sales Design Team, maybe some children, lovely customers, the occasional baby and friendly Dogs.

There’s lot of educational activity happening at the shop and it feels inviting in the showroom so please stop by or make a free sales design appointment anytime. We love to partner with other local businesses and support the community through volunteering and giving to key local causes. We definitely love working with customers to bring their dream hearth to life.

Ash and G work as a team with a combined 3 decades of experience in Business, Engineering, Design, and Leadership. Providing quality products and service is a core personal value that permeates everything they do. They are also licensed contractors in the state of Virginia with the experience of doing full renovation and redesign of 11 real estate properties for their first company modernholiday.co
