1. Product Selection & Special Orders
All products listed on this quote are selected based on the customer’s specifications and preferences. Many hearth, fireplace, and patio products are special-order items from manufacturers. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been submitted to the vendor.

2. Pricing & Quote Validity
Prices listed on this quote are subject to change due to manufacturer price adjustments, freight changes, or availability. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment may be required to place the order depending on the product and manufacturer requirements. Orders will not be processed until the required payment is received.

4. Shipping & Lead Times
Estimated delivery time from our vendors to our warehouse is typically 3–9 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability, shipping conditions, and seasonal demand. Lead times are estimates and may change without notice.

5. Inspection Upon Pickup or Delivery
Customers must inspect products at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of special-order hearth and patio products, returns may not always be accepted. Approved returns may be subject to the following:

• 20% restocking fee

• Return freight charges

• Processing fees

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Special-order or custom items may be non-returnable.

7. Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined solely by the manufacturer. Our company does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Customers should refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for warranty details.

8. Storage Policy
Once products arrive at our warehouse, customers will be notified for pickup or installation scheduling. Items not picked up or scheduled for installation within 14 days of notification may be subject to reasonable storage fees.

9. Order Acceptance
Submitting payment or approving this quote confirms acceptance of these terms and authorizes us to place the order with the manufacturer.
